Canadian Employment Standards
Browse year-specific legal references for statutory holidays, vacation pay, sick leave, overtime, and official government sources. Product support is identified separately from reference coverage.
Last updated August 17, 2026
These editions retain Federal and Quebec statutory references for comparison. Beanflow Payroll does not support federally regulated employment-standards workplaces, and Quebec remains reference/catalog content rather than a supported payroll runtime.
For Vacation, the supported 2025/2026 runtime roster is AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, NT, NU, ON, PE, SK, and YT. Vacation Pay and Vacationable Earnings are verified for that supported scope, and the statutory minimum is active. Holiday Pay is a separate, spot-checked verification track and should not be read as fully verified or automated from the Vacation status.

ReadWhy the year matters
Holiday dates and employment-standard rules can change. Each edition keeps its own data and official-source links; the site does not silently fall back to another year.
Province links that previously used ?province=SK or #SK continue to open
the matching jurisdiction in the current published edition.
