What are Receipt Prompts?
Receipt Prompts are AI instructions that tell Beanflow how to extract transaction data from receipts, invoices, and other image-based documents. The AI uses computer vision to read the document and convert it into structured transaction data.
Built-in Intelligence: Beanflow already handles Canadian taxes (GST/PST/HST/QST) and basic merchant mapping automatically. Receipt Prompts let you add custom rules for specific merchants or special handling.

Beanflow's AI reads the receipt and extracts date, vendor, items, amounts, and taxes.
Custom Rules Applied
Your Receipt Prompt rules are applied to categorize and assign accounts.
